Finally!! I was waiting for this one to come out as an audiobook. And it brings so much more to the book (for me) the book alone is brilliantly written and the narrator did a perfect job bringing it alive.

This book was given to me free by the author. It is an amazing read. I love how well the ice queen (Ayers) was portrayed. I just loved to hate her, until I started liking her. I loved the quirky King, and how confident and self assured she was. The plot twists and turns were fun to follow. I hated putting the book down. The way it ended with a question has me intrigued as well. I especially loved the pivotal scene where Ayers lets her guard down. I fell in love with her until the next morning, where her icyness takes over. I can’t really say any more without giving away the book.

I loved this book in print and was eager to see it produced in audio since I really enjoy re-reading and re-listening to excellent books. This is a very nice treatment of the book. The narrator does a beautiful job with Ayers’ voice especially and I really appreciate that the voices are distinct enough I was not wishing for additional dialogue tags. The story is entertaining the first, second, third, and, I assume 50th or 100th time. The chemistry of the two protagonists is delightful. The mystery is entertaining even when you know the outcome. The secondary characters are especially colorful in a genuine way. I am now looking for an excuse to listen to the book again right away.
